Our Favorite Proposal Templates
A business proposal is an essential tool for you as a small business owner, solopreneur or freelancer. You need your business proposals to reflect your brand and your professionalism. The right pitch can close that next sale and launch a new business. Therefore, you need flexibility and ease of use to tailor your proposals. The ability to put high quality, customized proposal documents in front of prospective customers is paramount to your success.
This is where the right proposal template comes in. For a small business, what constitutes a quality proposal template? First of all, there must be a wow factor. What is the point of a proposal if it doesn’t seize the audience right away?
Second, a template must be flexible. Are there multiple design formats, such as Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word that match your existing tools and skills? Is there a variety of page types that meet your proposal needs? Can the template be customized to be compatible with your business’ logos and colors?
Third, the cost is a factor. There’s not only the price of the template but the hidden costs of setup time or vendors that don’t deliver what they promise.
Finally, after sale help and support from the vendor can be the difference in a successful proposal creation or not.
